Terms of service

The service

Spoolback picks up PLA and PETG 3D printing waste across the Greater Toronto Area and recycles it into filament. We drop off labelled bins, one per material, and collect them on the schedule of the plan you choose.

Plans and billing

• Every 2 weeks: $49 per month.
• Monthly: $35 per month.
• When the bin is full: $30 per pickup. Email us when your bin is full and we collect within 5 business days. Pickups are at least 5 weeks apart.

Current prices and any offers are on the pricing page. Nothing starts until you've confirmed your sign-up.

Changing or cancelling

Plans are month to month, with no contract. Email info@spoolback.ca to change or cancel your plan at any time.

What goes in the bins

Only PLA in the PLA bin and only PETG in the PETG bin. Keep out resin prints, parts with metal inserts or magnets, and other plastics such as ABS, ASA or TPU. See the materials guide for details.

The recycled plastic

We recycle the scrap we collect into filament. The filament made from your scrap isn't returned to customers.
