What we collect

When you sign up for pickup, we collect what you enter in the form:

• your organization's name and type, your name, email address and city
• a phone number, if you choose to give one
• details about your printing: how many printers you run, how much scrap you make, which materials, and how you get rid of it now
• the plan you choose, any notes you add, and whether you want occasional updates from us

Why we collect it

We use your details to set up and run your pickups: to contact you, arrange bin drop-off and collections, bill you, and prepare your yearly recycling report. We only email you updates about recycled filament if you ticked the box asking for them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who can see it

We never sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing. Your sign-up is stored with the service providers that host our website and database, only so the site can work.

Website visits

Our website host records basic visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed, and our network provider sets a short-lived security cookie to block automated attacks. We don't use advertising trackers.

Seeing, changing or deleting your information

Email info@spoolback.ca to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We keep your details while you're a customer and delete them when you ask, unless we have to keep billing records by law.
